Due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping couriers, we are experiencing delays with final delivery in some areas of the United States. Please allow an additional 4-6 business days from the time of your original estimated arrival date for final delivery.

How to track your order:

We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be made available.

Sign up for our Subscription program and you'll get your favorite products delivered right to your door on a schedule you choose. SAVE 5% on every order and avoid the hassle of remembering to order.

1. Your subscription order will be processed and shipped monthly. 

2. Your credit card will be charged in the amount of your monthly product order, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the time of each monthly shipment. 

3. The monthly payments due on the shipping date will automatically be charged to the same credit card that you used at the time of enrolment in the Subscription Order and you acknowledge/agree to this by signing up for Subscription Order that you are the holder of the credit card or have the express consent of the credit card holder. 

4. Your subscription order is continuous; it will continue until the holder of the credit card cancels it. You can cancel your subscription order anytime for any reason by contacting Tea, Tags & Things customer support by email at info@teatagsandthings.com . If you cancel within 30 days after the enrollment date, your cancellation will be effective immediately. 

5. There is no charge for canceling your Subscription.
